Email aaron_whitfield@kernhigh.org with the email address on your account, your organization name, and a description of the problem. Do not send your password or invite code.

Delete your account

In BotBoard, open Workspace, scroll to Session, and choose Delete Account. Confirm your password to complete deletion.

If you cannot sign in, use the public account deletion request form. Do not include your password.

If you are the sole owner of an organization, first transfer ownership from the Organization Members menu or choose Delete Organization. Deleting an organization permanently removes its scouting records.

Report inappropriate content

Open an evaluation or an organization member’s menu in BotBoard and choose Report. Reports are reviewed for violations of the Terms & Acceptable Use. For urgent safety concerns, email support directly.

Connection problems

Check your internet connection, reopen BotBoard, and sign in again. Beta testers should include the app version and device model when reporting a problem.
