One shared scouting picture

Stop rebuilding your scouting knowledge at every event.

Paper notes disappear. Spreadsheets fragment. One-off match records lose the story of how a robot changes through the season. BotBoard gives your organization one private place to evaluate teams, preserve history, and prepare for alliance selection.

From observation to strategy

Build knowledge that gets more useful all season.

Every evaluation adds to the same team record. Events and match numbers provide optional context without splitting your data into separate silos.

Evaluate what you actually observed

Capture robot capabilities, performance ratings, strengths, weaknesses, and notes in a focused workflow built for competition environments.

See the current robot and its history

Review the latest evaluation, carry forward known information, and understand when and by whom a team was evaluated.

Walk into alliance selection prepared

Rank teams throughout the season and keep your organization’s pick list connected to the evidence behind every decision.

How it works

Set up once. Learn all season.

  1. Create your private organization.Start a season, add your competition teams, and invite the people who should have access.
  2. Evaluate teams over time.Students add timestamped observations whenever new information improves the team record.
  3. Review, compare, and rank.Captains and coaches use the shared picture to prepare strategy and alliance selections.
